About the Role
Job Overview:
The Medical Sales Representative role is to educate physicians and staff of Synergy's EEG testing services, while driving referrals to the business. It is imperative to be a personable, committed, and organized individual as this is a relationship driven business. The main call point for this position is Neurology, however we also work with Cardiologists and Primary Care Physicians. It is the responsibility of the sales rep to grow the business in their set territory while managing existing accounts. Day-to-day activities include visiting Neurology offices, setting and conducting meetings and lunches, educating staff and physicians of services, and notifying accounts of patient statuses.
Job Duties:
● Educate Neurologists and administrators of services
● Be the main point of contact for accounts within your territory
● Develop relationships with physicians and office staff
● Sell Synergy's services to new accounts and manage existing accounts
● Achieve or exceed sales goals
● Understand and execute sales practices and proper medical terminology
Skill set:
● Strong oral and written communication skills
● Strong Organizational Skills
● Ability to communicate and educate physicians, administrators and other healthcare professionals in your territory
● Experience within outside Medical and/or B2B sales
● Drive and motivation to succeed along with being a problem solver and taking initiative
Qualifications:
● Previous Medical Sales Experience REQUIRED
● Existing network of physician relationships REQUIRED
● Existing Neurology relationships PREFERRED

● Salary with uncapped commissions
